The service was pretty bad. Come in expecting frowns, because they hate the jobs they applied for. I was scared to ask for a side of sour cream. Dirty tables, no napkins, no ice. At least the food was what I expected.
Janiya and Shaniyah are the best they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a great one the customer service WAS AMAZING EVEN MY 7 year old said mommy I like their service
I wanted to recognize Quay for consistently providing excellent customer service. This location gets extremely busy, but Quay always stays positive, treats customers with respect, and makes sure people waiting on mobile orders are acknowledged and taken care of. It’s clear Quay works hard and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Employees like Quay make a big difference and deserve recognition.
