To be honest this was one of the chillest and nicest experience I’ve had at chipotle. Alaina was the best vibes. Thanks Alaina you made my day! Also i felt like they cared about my burrito bowl and that felt good. The playlist was fire so yah 5/5 !

3 full days in Charlotte and the best food and service we received all weekend was at this Chipotle. Least expensive too. As sad as that is, I'm glad we ended on a positive note leaving from our trip. The man that made our tacos was great, our food was fresh, the drinks from the fountain were on point. For the amount of customers that were in the establishment, there could've be a sense of urgency with orders. 6 people in front of me and wait was long. And if the speed was slow, then order should've been correct with no missing items. I ordered two vinaigrettes and told both employees that I ordered two and somehow it still was not in my bag. How do you eat chipotle without the vinaigrette?!! Absolutely ruined my appetite.
