To be honest this was one of the chillest and nicest experience I’ve had at chipotle. Alaina was the best vibes. Thanks Alaina you made my day! Also i felt like they cared about my burrito bowl and that felt good. The playlist was fire so yah 5/5 !

walked in two hours before closing, chairs stacked up already, after i ate my stomach started hurting didn’t think much of it until about 40 minutes later i am puking my whole bowl up, gave me food poisoning, dont recommend going here after spending 2 hours puking my guts

3 full days in Charlotte and the best food and service we received all weekend was at this Chipotle. Least expensive too. As sad as that is, I'm glad we ended on a positive note leaving from our trip. The man that made our tacos was great, our food was fresh, the drinks from the fountain were on point. A little messy because I think the ice maker was broken and spilling out, but otherwise just a good affordable spot to eat and get decent food quickly unlike basically every other restaurant we visited in the surrounding area.

Curious how at Noon on a Thursday these guys are "out of chicken and rice" with a 20 minute wait on both. I love Chipotle but the three in the Charlotte area consistently fail to meet expectations. Line moving quickly, but only because people step up to order and realize they are out of everything during the lunch hour. Losing business and sacrificing quality.

For the amount of customers that were in the establishment, there could've be a sense of urgency with orders. 6 people in front of me and wait was long. And if the speed was slow, then order should've been correct with no missing items. I ordered two vinaigrettes and told both employees that I ordered two and somehow it still was not in my bag. How do you eat chipotle without the vinaigrette?!! Absolutely ruined my appetite.
