I love Chipotle, but this location is the worst. The workers are rude, they don't wipe down the station as they go, food everywhere (waste), ran out of every meat besides steak and boca ( ?), I started to walk out on my order. Haven't tasted it yet. This was dinner on a Friday night.
I've been eating at this one for one5 years since it opened. Always good, always clean yesterday. I went to park road. I just flew into the country, walked in at 7 o'clock. The place was filthy. The food looked nasty, I got up and left. I went there again today. It was exactly the same, but worse. I have pictures Sending them to corporate though, so I got my car and drove 5 miles to that.The one I enjoy every time and it was great
How can a restaurant be run this poorly under such a great brand? I honestly don’t know how Chipotle allows this location to continue operating under their name.
I’m a huge Chipotle fan, and I recently moved to Charlotte, so unfortunately this is the only location I can realistically go to on a regular basis.
