Typical experience at Poppy’s. Almost everything is right. Not once have they actually gotten a ln order 100% right. Today it was not toasting the bagel. Some days it’s the wrong bagel. Some days it’s missing something on the bagel. The food is great quality. But, the management is horrible. These people need to be trained better.
Went in today with a large order and received excellent service from Danielle and the rest of the Poppy’s team. Danielle went out of her way to make our order and experience wonderful which was greatly appreciated. You don’t find service like that everywhere. In addition, everyone raved about their bagel sandwiches!
