I went to this location twice in one day. I ordered a bagel with honey almond cream cheese, and a large coffee. I wasn't thrilled with the quality super early in the morning. There was a good 2 inches to spare from the top of my large coffee cup, and my bagel didn't have very much cream cheese on it. I'm not sure why they skimped on those. The staff seemed beyond overwhelmed with the customers. I ordered a bagel with nova lox and cream cheese and after waiting 15 minutes for my order. They gave me the wrong bagel. They definitely need a manager to control things and make the establishment more efficient and accurate.

Lisa (i assume the manager) and her staff were absolutely amazing keeping up with our Scentsy group of 6000! I told her a couple times how awesome they were doing! The bagels were fully stocked at all times, the coffee was great and everyone had a constant smile! Food was fresh, hot and yummy!
