Visited this location on a work trip and lost my receipt for my expense report. Called the store almost a month later. The manager was so nice, and assisted me with getting a copy of the receipt. we will definitely be back next time we are in Charlotte. Food and service was excellent when we visited.
Why is this location open??? Attempted to go for the first time this past weekend after PantherFest and it was a complete disaster in there. Clearly short staffed and NO communication. It seems the same 3 people were working in the kitchen , the pickup counter and SOMETIMES the floor. There were plenty of booths and seating open but they weren’t seating anybody! there’s this waitress his name is sonny he is the absolute best waitress out there he’s really enthusiastic and just joyful to us we had ordered a bunch of cookie skillets every time we went after we had a long day at the convention center.
