“Went to 1058 Sports Bar and ordered the lobster garlic bites and let me say I highly recommend. They were buttery, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of garlic. The portion size was solid and they came out hot and fresh. I encountered the best bartender, Nyjah and must I say she makes the best lemon drops in Charlotte. The atmosphere was fun, plenty of TVs for the games, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were on point too. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.“

“Dang. I hate to have to update this, but this is not as good as it was. The last 2 visits saw wrong orders, inatentive servers, and similar. Yesterday, ordered my usual, #1, over light, please crisp the bacon. Eggs over cooked, bacon undercooked. Server not to be found. Never a coffee refill. As preparing to leave, they checked on us, and I *politely and quietly* showed them my incomplete meal. They did replace the items, but took a while, and I think the burnt bacon I was presented seemed a little spiteful.“

“I was basically stuck here for the night and relegated to eat in the grill but I'm so glad I did. I got the mango shrimp salad and it was flipping delicious. It came with six good size shrimp and a tangy citrus dressing. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Went to watch the Canes win the Stanley Cup. Was a great time, staff was super receptive about what games/events were on what screens (Stanley Game 6, America 250 UFC, and FIFA World Cup all on one night), and worked with patrons to make sure the bar-wide audio was playing pertinent audio (i.e. having UFC audio on during Hockey intermission and having FIFA on in-between bouts and intermission). Food was typical bar/pub fare and all of it was delicious. Drinks were good, maybe could've been stronger but can't really complain.“

“Let me tell you about the best server ever.
I lost my phone in Charlotte and and Uber driver that didn’t speak English found it walking down the road. Since he only spoke Spanish I went to the bar and Nohemi not only talked to him she negotiated the return of my phone. NOT ONLY THAT. She came out side in the 22 degree weather to help me translate with the guy!
