“This place was sooooooooo good. I expected the food to be decent and kinda just like bar food, but WOW! Our bartender (I can’t remember his first name but I know his middle name is Alan ?) was so great and gave us some great recommendations to try the Philly and the meatball sandwiches. The meatballs are handmade fresh every day and you can really tell! I’m for real obsessed now. The flavors of everything were divine and the fries were phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back. “Well above my expectations! I was actually on my way to another Brazilian steakhouse and then this popped up on my Marriott bonvoy app. The concept same kind of cool with a Brazilian style sports bar so I decided to check it out. The plate that I had was really good and they have 34 Oz size beers available. Very lively when I walked in as there was a band playing which I found surprising for that time of day as it was only about 5:00 p.m. they were towards the end of their set so they had to have gotten there earlier. Guy behind the bar did take care of me but seem to be preoccupied with other things going on. Wasn't a big deal but I did have to wait a little to pay my tab and order my food. It was worth the wait though and is somewhere I will be back again!“
“Our server had the nastiest attitude. We just wanted to grab a few drinks and ordered appetizers since the weather was nice we were not hungry but thirsty. She rushed us out while there were empty tables outside and my buddy asked for a beer and the waiter was like "aaaahhhumm okay"..lady if we were hampering the business we would have left, but there was empty chairs. Did not feel welcome there at all by her. Will give it another chance, but the server needs to work on her attitude. You are welcome for the tip by the way whoever you are. You did not deserve any tips but its okay. Just do a better job next time please.We were having a great time till you ruined it in the end. “Went to Duckworth Grill and Taphouse in Charlotte, North Carolina after I hit the Loft at Duckworth. Been to Duckworth in uptown and this was very similar. It was a beautiful night out and we were lucky to sit outside. They had an extensive menu, like their other restaurant. I of course ordered the nachos which are my favorite in Charlotte. Theyare a huge order and filled with so much goodness, including cheese, guac, sour cream– the works! You could definitely share it with six or more people for sure. I also had the steak salad which was very good. Everyone loved their food. My friend ordered the wings and she said they were delicious. They have a large tap list and a good selection of cocktails and wine as well. We had a Sauvignon blanc bottle for $38 which was decent. The service was amazing too. I really liked the space, both indoors and out and would definitely go back!“

“I went there with my husband before a checkers game. I play pool competitively and wanted to see what this establishment had to offer. Coin operated 7ft tables. I believe it was $1.50 per game. Met some regulars that were friendly. Tables looked decent. I ordered a Cobb salad. Wasn't what I thought it would be. It was ground chicken instead of a filet of chicken. It still was good just different from the norm. Service was good as it was roughly 430pm. I would like to see it when it's busy to have a more accurate review. I would still go back when I'm on that side of town.“
“This is a really good neighborhood bar. We came for a weekend trip to Charlotte and came here twice. Once on Friday afternoon where it was very chill and not busy. We sat outside for about 3 hours. The outside seating was great, our server was attentive, and the area is pretty quiet for a nice afternoon beer.On the complete opposite side, we also came for Sunday football. It was PACKED. Even though we arrived 30 min before the start time of any game it was standing room only. If you need to find parking because the Ed’s lot is only medium sized you can go to the food lion and park in the back row, they generally don’t care. The dry cleaning lady will yell at you and force you to move. Every TV is labeled with the game it’s playing. Our server was super attentive, especially considering the amount of people. They even had bud light specials going on.Food wise I tried the Philly cheese steak egg rolls which were surprisingly good. I stuck with diet cokes but my husband REALLY loved the seasonal “gordgeous” pumpkin beer. Also side note that the women’s bathrooms were very clean and not dingy or grungy at all. A definite plus for a bar!Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It does get super loud on Sunday so if that’s not your vibe, come on a different day.“
“I want to give 5 stars and will explain why I just can't. First I will start with the good stuff. We reserved our Bays and they were ready at time we reserved for. Our server was great and very patient with our large group. Food and drinks were great and we had a blast.Now here is my complaint. When we walked into the place it smelled like sewage. So bad that while we waited for our Bays at the bar it was all we could smell. Everywhere you walked inside it smelled so bad. It made my daughter so nauseous. Luckily it didn't smell like that outside in the fresh air.We have been here many times and it has never smelled like this. From what I was told from a worker it was the sewer system. “I went to Ten58 with a group of friends and had a great time! The food was delicious and came out quick and hot. No one in my group complained about their food. Our main server, Jenna, was attentive and gave us wonderful service. Even the other servers who were assigned to our table interacted with us! “I've come here a lot over the past few years, but now that I'm back in Charlotte for a while, I feel like this place just gets a special place in my heart. Most everyone is very kind, including staff, and it's just a great place to be. Last time my sister and I came here a couple weeks ago, we were welcomed and were able to pet so many dogs. My own dog died in October and it just hasn't been the right time to get another dog in my heart. But I can still come to Lucky Dog and grab a drink while playing and petting other people's dogs with no judgement, just happiness. For ambiance, it's just a very kind place to go to where dog people unite. I usually get beer or kombucha here, and there's actually a really yummy non-alcoholic lavender lemon kombucha by Lenny Boy there for anyone looking for something non-alcoholic other than water. You can also play games like "what do you meme" or "jenga" here with friends, which is really fun. But also if you come by yourself just looking to pet some dogs, most people are very kind and don't care. They know that some people either can't have a dog right now, or their dog probably recently died. So it's my favorite dog bar in Charlotte because I feel like most everyone here, customers and staff, are pretty kind, and want you to pet their dog if their dog is sociable, without judgement. Will come back here again and again.“
“We had our baby shower there over the weekend and the staff and food were great. They were very accommodating and helpful for everything and anything we needed. My only complaint was there was a slight odor in the back corner of the group space (perhaps a leaky window?). And also the men's room had a heavy mildewy smell that could not be covered by the deodorizer that was being sprayed. Other than that everything was great and everyone had a great time.“

I naturally ordered a philly and was super impressed by it and honestly had a little doubt in it at first but I must say it was delicious. I also got to meet a young fella behind the bar named Cody/Dallas (I heard another bartender referring to him as Dallas so I'm not sure which he goes by but he took very good care of me and even chatted with me some while it wasn't so busy and kept me company. The food was amazing, service was great thanks to Cody, my glass was never empty! 10/10 will be back. The only feedback I have is that the fries were a little soggy and weren't that great so I'd recommend tots over the fries.“

“This is a great place to go to relax, have fun and or get some stress out by yourself or with friends/family! The tables are heated so if it's chilly at night or have fans for those hot days so you will be comfortable either way. Plenty of space in the tables to not feel crowded to the next tables around you. The chair out at the bays have arms but if you're a bigger person you can ask to have a stool or chair brought from the inside that don't have arms. The staff is absolutely amazing very helpful and have great personalities. We were beginners and our waiter went over and beyond to help explain the games and how everything works. As well as came over the perfect amount to ask if we needed anything but not over bearing, they also have a timer on your screen for when your time is up but the waiter also lets you know you only have a few minutes. This location also has an elevator or steps to get from one floor to the next. Indoor bar area to wait while your bay is getting ready or to chill and get a drink and food. Would definitely recommend the night time as it's more enjoyable without the sun in your face and with the whole area lit up when playing. We will definitely be going back many more times!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get to the main floor plus an elevator to get from floor to floor. With enough room around the tables outside in the bay that you can watch every play.“
