Remi has been having the best time there! I love picture day and the sweet things they have to say about my baby.
We had been bringing our fur baby here periodically since he was 6 months old. In the last year, customer service and staff have had an exponential decline. Today 01/02/23 we took our dog for a half day in day care around 12:00 pm. At around 3:00 pm the establishment sent an email stating our dog had been in an altercation with the other dog resulting in the other dog being sent home early. Our dog had his temperament test and did great! The staff provided a report of things he enjoyed and how the day went. The staff was awesome and responded to my emails quickly. Already booked him for boarding!
