We had a great time with our friends and dogs having a beer and picked up lunch from the food truck. We attended their Alzheimers benefit and will return just to have a beer and for our pup to have fun with other pups. Great place.

Gone downhill in services and quality for boarding and daycare. Hours were cut, prices increased, and package options reduced. Something was lost in the brand name in the past year, not sure what. I still think it's convenient, but as a long-time customer, they've gone backward.

We love this place! We go every week, Tuesdays are our favorite because they do beer and bath night. Every day they have some kind of drink specials, and it's a huge place for our pups to socialize

Great experience. My pup enjoyed and it helped solidify his sleep schedule

If you really love your dogs, never board them at this place. We left our dog for two nights there and he came back home with two wounds, big wounds. When asking about the how he gets those, the manager was asking me questions about his allergies and was calling me a liar on my face.

Me and my boy Kobe love this place. Great crowd, beer and space for the furries

Our dog was a frequent guest, but no more. All the staff there knew our little dog. But the last time we took him for one night Thanksgiving weekend, we got charged $95–from ever increasing boarding prices, then a $5 holiday fee, then a sneaky $30 “playtime charge.” The manager took off the $30 this time after I got upset. Over Christmas we used Rover, and it went great. I guess it’s a new owner at Lucky Dog and a lot of the employees have quit—so probably not even the same place.

We used to love to take our pups to Lucky Dog for daycare and boarding. We would get photo updates on Facebook, the pups would leave exhausted and happy, and the prices were fair. We brought our dogs back for daycare and suddenly they cut the hours, drastically raised the prices, stopped updating owners on Facebook, and my dog was returned smelling like pee several days in a row which makes me believe they are not taking care of the facility in the back well. I also noticed with the new pricing that there are different tiers if your dog is/isn’t friendly and if they need medicine - which does not impact me directly but I do not find fair for those pet owners. It appears that the company recognized they were greedy and resorted to old pricing, however, the hours and poor pup service will still lead us to go elsewhere in the city. Very disappointed in the new management.

My Ace loves coming here for daycare twice a week. The dogs have lots of playtime which means when he comes home he is tired (a plus for me). The staff is friendly and will take good care of your dog. I definitely recommend!

Used to be great, and reasonable for pricing. One of my dogs requires medication and it used to be given for free. Then they added a medicine fee, then they added a fee per medication, then it was a fee per administration. Boarding prices went up (expected as a business), but then kept going up without publishing their rates, and they slowly got rid of their boarding packages. First making them expire after 6 months, then 3, then doing away with them altogether, even when I still had one. Then they stopped posting pictures of our dogs on Facebook, then started charging for a report card, picture day, and finally shortened their hours, making it harder to pickup during the planned day. Used to love this place, but the new owners made it that I have found a new place to board my dogs. I do have to say the employees have always been helpful and understanding, but ownership is what ruined it all. Also, they haven't responded to emails about rates and boarding questions.

I contacted the corporate manager Dustan Sweely weeks ago with some concerns and never heard back. I then followed up with an email to the original lucky dog email and sent it 3-4 times. I did not receive any response. The original email was sent December 1st. Not replying to a customer of over 3 years is very unprofessional. I used to love this place but since corporate took over, many things have changed. The prices and hours changed without email notifications and the employee turnover is pretty bad. I hate seeing a once beloved facility that was operated by an independent owner go to corporate and everything has been a negative change. I’m unhappy with the lack of communication pertaining to important matters. Other places in the area are more affordable and I’m shocked at the changes. This is totally on corporate and not at all on the employees that are doing their best to stay above water! You guys have always been a gem.

Prices keep going up and up and up (seems like every few months there is a jump ) for daycare and boarding. It’s getting harder to bring in our pup. And now daycare hours went from stopping at 9pm to 7pm, making it even harder as a daycare option for those who work later. UPDATE: they randomly tried charging $30 extra for a “playtime fee” on top of the already increasing boarding cost.
