There has been a change in management at this facility. I would urge dog owners to find another brand. Lucky Dog is the same company as Village Pet Care, LLC (there is def a reason they are an LLC) The employees are treated horribly and over scheduled. This is due to most long-term animal care techs leaving. There is a huge lack of knowledge, experience and presence of management. Be diligent for your pets sake.
