I've come here a lot over the past few years, but now that I'm back in Charlotte for a while, I feel like this place just gets a special place in my heart. Most everyone is very kind, including staff, and it's just a great place to be. Last time my sister and I came here a couple weeks ago, we were welcomed and were able to pet so many dogs. Thank you guys so much for being so accommodating! We had a schedule mix up and I needed last minute daycare for my two fur babies. Thankfully we had a Lucky Dog account from a previous visit last year. The front desk was extremely helpful and I was able to have them set and dropped off for daycare within an hour. Really appreciate your flexibility!
