This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to, on two separate occasion I waited over 2 hours for food that I ordered a whole day in advance, they are god awful in providing an service or refunds, basically they will take your money then refuse to help out when your order is wrong or incredibly late and cold

We called our order in. Upon checking our order, after leaving, we learned that they forgot to give us an order of french fries . Check your order before you leave. Also, celery wasn't with our order.

I’ve literally never seen a place try to go out of business so badly in my life it’s a modern day miracle that this place has stayed open.The one star is for the bartender who actually provides customer service, but every other person who works at this location is MIA.

This is the WORST bww I have EVER been to. Worst service ever plus charged 15$ parking and never even got served. Will not be back. How do u tell me you already called last call then serve another person a drink. How do you tell me it's only to go orders, but never offer me a menu or attempt to take my order. U close late for a reason. Do better and stop treating me less than just cause I'm not the race you prefer to serve downtown.

They were only 2 people servicing and it took almost an hour for the food to come. Service was awful due to 2 people serving all of the food. Atmosphere was okay but the waiting time was not acceptable.

If you're dining, they are single then it's very impersonal. There is no waiter that comes to your table. You have to order via online and.hope is that your order went through correctly.

We reached there at 8pm and no server came to us until 8:40 looks like on that day only 2 servers are available to take the orders. I need to ask them for every 15min to take the order. Worst service at this location.

Malonni was sweet enough, for the 2 times we actually saw her! We ordered celery and blue cheese with the wings, we got no celery and ranch. We ordered a side of fries, they never came. We ordered 15 wings to go when we finished our meal, paid our first check, and waited literally 55 minutes and the wings never came. She darted right past us without making eye contact and ignored/“didn’t hear me” TWICE when I tried to get her attention. We ended up just walking out… the wings were so good but the service really really lacked!! :( highly disappointed

Came in today and no one was at the door to greet and sit us. Walked in and sat in a booth. Waited for a bit to see if anyone would notice. Two employees looked at us but kept walking. I flagged one down and asked if they were serving people in booths. His response was “I don’t know ask him” pointing at another employee followed by continuing to walk away from me. Blessing in disguise. We went to Bang Bang Burger down the road. Much better than what this would have been anyway. I know why this place struggles now.

Sporadic Travels

Service was kind of slow and had to get back in line to pay because they assumed i paid already.Vegetarian options: They have a SW black bean burger, but they were skimpy with the avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion. The burger was dried out and I did not eat the bun.Parking: We pulled up to the curb and i hopped out to pick up/pay and the meter maid was taking her job a bit too seriously. Had to circle the block several times before. You cannot park at the curb. Idk if they validate parking in a garage.

I don’t think a single person here knows how to work in a restaurant . Here on work travel, came to B dubs 3 times this week, 3 different servers and 3 different bar tenders.There wasn’t a single time I walked in here, where the remnants of previous tables weren’t scattered all over the place. People couldn’t sit down cause every “empty” table had glasses, leftover food etc. the picture attached this table had trash on it when I walked in tonight, and when I walked out still not cleaned, and every time i was here, was well over a hour.Sat at the bar for 10 minutes before I seen a bartender Monday and Tuesday, and 15 minutes tonight before a waitress came to the table.Monday I was told “we are just waiting for a fresh batch of wings to drop” … I got that EXACT SAME statement… also on Tuesday, and now on Friday. Where it took 45 mins not to get the food, but to genuinely tell me that we are still waiting on it. I find it incredible that I must have the worst luck in the world, to where my food in a not very busy restaurant to have been the cut off of all the other wings 3 visits in a row.Maybe it’s Charolette culture to make people wait roughly an hour after ordering 10 wings. Or to leave tables dirty so no more customers can sit. Potentially Charolette culture, to take someone’s order, and not see that person AT ALL IN THE RESTAURANT till 45 mins later. Again, it wasn’t one person, literally the entire place each time I came. Everyone was nice so that’s cool I guess. And made me think, they genuine just don’t know how to work in. Restaurant. Leadership issue.

Ordered a to go meal and waited 40 minutes for food after pick up time. While I was observing there was a lack of urgency with the staff 8 people from various food service apps were waiting for packages for customers. There were not enough staff to handle the volume and that affected several food delivery ratings. Service was not prompt and the staff seemed careless about addressing the issue with growing number of Togo orders waiting.
