They were out of most items for lunch and understaffed. I was made to wait for several minutes for someone to attend to me even though there was nobody else in line in front or behind me. And was made to wait more to just get checked out. The staff were just talking to each other and asking someone to attend to me but nobody did.

I don't enjoy leaving these kinds of reviews but this Chipotle, on South Blvd, really needs help. I eat here often as it's the closest but there is a noticeable difference in food and service between other locations. Food is either unseasoned, lukewarm, burnt, stale, etc. A few occasions where I've been handed a leaking bag, as the lid to a bowl wasn't properly closed, ruining my work attire. There are a handful of really wonderful staff so this review doesn't speak to that but more so to quality and attention to detail. It's just the last thing to look forward to when trying to make a quick lunch break and you've spent $15 on a mediocre meal.

I visited this location 3/28/24. There was one employee working the front line and one cooking in the back line. Another employee entered after a smoke break next to the building and scratched his hair upon entering the front line to take orders. He then proceeded to put on gloves and ask to take my order. I politely asked him to wash his hands first, a standard practice and requirement when serving food. He rudely rolled his eyes at me, threw the gloves away, and walked off the front line to the cooler or back room. He then returned to the front line with food refills to restock what had run out on the serving line. He never addressed another customer and left the young lady on the front line to take and make customers’ orders. I made the decision to go elsewhere because I felt cleanliness was not a priority to him and I did not want to take the chance of him spitefully making my food. While this location has a 98.5 score, I will not be returning to this location…ever.

Do not order delivery from this location. Unless you are looking at them in the eye and walking them through what ingredients belong on your order they will get it wrong. Any time I have ordered through the chipotle app or DoorDash and it’s chosen this location it’s wrong. Go to providence or kings.

Could not place an order in person before 12 and had to order through app. Placed order 11:45 and got food 12:10, while I watched order after order of people getting food in person. The food itself did not taste bad but very small portion of meat.

The food was actually better then it was months ago. I had taken a break b/c of being disappointed in the quality of the taste I had gotten use too. They forgot my guacamole that I order w/ the chips..Also when eating my bowl I encountered a couple of hard pieces of maybe dried out chicken pieces or something, but the taste of the food was much much better.

I just was giving them one more try but the 3rd time im here they always have a new rule. They cant take my $50 bill gor a $30 order like huh and the parkingbis dumb and they always seem like they dont like they job. I knew the GM yrs ago and im sad to see this particular store is just not up to par. The one girl on the girl didn’t have on a hat or hair net. Neither did the manger like its really a hit mess in there. I called a friend on the way to they house offering to get them food, they said the one on s.blvd…. With a big sigh no thank you

Not one to usually leave a review went in last night with my cousin the lady at the front was chill the food had no flavor no nothing nasty taste like nothing should be shut down! went in for a refund i couldn’t tap to refund okay cool whatever but then they proceeded to tell me no cash back in refunds and too call a chipotle customer service just nasty and never again. not the first time either
Came in on a Saturday and everybody was happy, they gave me a lot of food without complaining ( but not more than the serving size/the spoon ), the lady there was really nice and was talking to my girlfriend and the customer in front of me with maximum enthusiasm, I ACTUALLY got the amount of guacamole that you’re supposed to get, and everybody was just talking and having a good time. Great service on a Saturday afternoon. Whoever the girl was that was serving at 4:22, she deserves a gold star or something. Best employee at south blvd and I’ve been going here for like 10 years.

I visit this store sometimes when i get off of work around 8:30pm. Every time I go the staff are cleaning up and acting as if I am an inconvenience. Not one person had a smile on their face. I find this to be so sad, because as a retail worker myself I try to give friendly service to each customer. I think this team is either burnt out or don’t want to be there. I’ll be visiting another location from now on.

I just love coming to a restaurant were its employees openly complain about customers making them busy and being a nuisance to their day. I strongly believe the staff openly aims to create a terrible customer experience so people don't return. I try to avoid this place as much as possible but every once in a while I get desperate enough and come in for a quick bite since its so close to work- inevitably regret it every single time. Get it together.
