I went for an in-store pickup and, while ordering a bowl, I asked for brown rice followed by red pinto beans. While the staff member was adding the red beans to my bowl, I noticed a piece of steak in the beans. She quickly put it back inside the beans container. I immediately noticed it and asked her not to add those red beans to my bowl because I am allergic to beef and steak.

The server staff attitude was terrible as well as the managers. Staff was very unhelpful and “didn’t know” (per the managers words) about the special for the day which is the only reason me and my family went. The manager was mumbling the entire time she tried to serve us making it very difficult to hear or understand her. They made our first time at chipotle a very unpleasant experience.
Chicken bowl was fine but I also asked for chips and salsa on the side. Didn’t think I had to look in the bag to see how many chips were in it. Answer: maybe 20.
