VERY DISAPPOINTED. do not do a delivery order at this location. Placed an order through the app to be delivered through DoorDash. Apparently someone who was not a dasher picked up my order and when my actual dasher arrived they REFUSED to remake the order. There needs to be a better system for pick up orders. It shouldn’t be that easy to just take anyone’s order. They don’t pick up the phone and after speaking to several customer service people and about Two hours later I was finally able to get the order voided. Now I have to wait days to get a refund because of their mess up

This is the few times we’ve encountered issues at this Chipotle after coming from airport .but now is unacceptable ..It’s the worst Chipotle and the employees there are terrible. We went straight from the airport to get Chipotle. Initially, they told us to place an online order because the ordering machine wasn’t working. Then, we placed a veggie bowl via the app right in front of them. They didn’t even mention that they were out of fajitas, corn salad, lettuce, and salsa. We paid the full price for the veggie bowl, but we only received rice, beans, and cheese. When I mentioned that they should have informed us before we placed the online order in-store, the employee said “you are late”. I told them it’s only 9:30 pm .and the store closes at 11:00 pm, so we weren’t late. This is unacceptable service. The whole staff was laughing at us. Can you please take some action? This happens on April 07,2024 The staff is incompetent, and we’re paying for our food but not receiving the main ingredients.whats point to open till 11pm if you couldn’t give service..

I have to come on here and give the manager Michael a huge thank you and these 5 stars are for Michael only! We had a delivery order that was completely wrong, items were missing from our order, our burrito bowls were not made correctly and when we called, Michael offered to make everything right for us. He was so kind and made everything perfect. Our bowls were so yummy. Thank you ?

I mean you know what you're gettingGreat food with great and friendly service although a little stingy with the queso they're pretty top tier over their!!!!Vegetarian options: THE SOFRITAS!!!!!THATS ITS!!!ITS AMAZING I belive its like tofu but seasoned in a fajitas kind of wayDon't quote me but I get it 3 times a week since I'm no meat for the month and it's a solid go too option

This was one of the best, cleanest, and most delicious chipotles at which I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was very hospitable and welcoming, the service was fantastic, and the portions were huge. Big thanks to the manager on duty, Noah, really well run establishment.

Ordered a to go order at 10:15 pm went to go pick up and they were closed. Door said open and it said my order was ready. I tried to show them I had an order to pick up and the workers wouldn’t even come to the door to talk. Would not recommend after 10 because they aren’t actually open till 11
This chipotle is out of lettuce and dressing every single time I go. Sometimes the staff can be very rude too. Most definitely do not recommend this

Staying at hotel nearby and went here for dinner. It was kind of a joke. The location was out of lettuce, guac, fajitas, corn salsa, mild salsa. It seems like everytime I come here there is something always stocked out. Probably last time I come to this

The one person who was working had to stop what she was doing to walk over and take our order, while the others looked at their phones.Vegetarian options: Very limited! This was an absolute waste of money. they forgot my chips a guacamole. and there was barely any greens in the "plant powered bowl", HALF a serving of sofritas and barely any rice, plus water/liquid in the bottom of the bowl. it's literally the worst bowl i've ever had from Chiptole and I've had alot of
