I've always loved Chipotle!!! Although this time and a few other times I have been there the lettuce was wilted and the salsa was old tasting... It ruined the meal on those days and actually made my stomach hurt. Also, Chipotle would greatly benefit from putting a good queso on the menu :)
The man behind the counter gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for my reasonable portion of protein, he told me I would have to pay double, then he proceeded to give me a pinch of cheese and a tiny amount of guacamole. This is terrible customer service and this chipotle needs a change of staff and management ASAP. DO NOT waste your time and money at this location!
The worst absolute worst location. I’ve tried them several times for lunch, but never again. The attitude of the staff is insane and unnecessary, as if you are somehow inconveniencing them. They barely give you any toppings and want to charge extra for everything. My apologies, I didn’t realize this was coming directly out of your check?!
