This location gave me a bad impression from the jump. For one, they charge you 0.50 for vinaigrette cups. The price isn’t the problem, the problem is they are charging you for an empty cup with a splash of dressing. Just by that I already knew this location was penny pinching. Throughout the whole process of them making my bowl I had to constantly ask them for more or else I would have ended up with a child’s portion. The staff also has an attitude. Oh, and don’t place a pick up order at this location you’ll probably end up with a singular grain of rice in ur bowl.

I work at the mall and chipotle is my preference for my lunch break. I place my order online in advance. every single time I get there my ticket is still on the wall. I stand there waiting for somebody to greet me or ask me what I need. Finally I tell them I’m there to pick up an order. Every single time they say OK we will get started on it now. What’s the point of having a mobile order if you’re not gonna make it until I get there? I’ve gotten in trouble multiple times at my job because it took me too long on my break because of their negligence and laziness. even if there is nobody in the store and they’re sitting there texting on their phone they’re still not making my order until I get there. Today it happened again even after I’ve made complaints so I still in line while they prepare my order because if you’re going to make me wait in line anyways, there’s no point in ordering online so I’m gonna stand there and watch you every step of the way that’s how you wanna treat Customers. he told me multiple times that he would meet me at the register with an attitude because he didn’t like the fact that I was standing in line. I don’t like the fact that you wait until I get there to make my order I might as well stand in line it would probably be faster, so yes, I’m going to stand here. then every single employee started to get rude and aggressive verbally with me because I questioned why they never make my order every single time. The woman at the register, who was a big woman with a ponytail, and looked to be in her 30s started waving her hand at me, telling me to get out. Every single employee, except for maybe one or two started yelling at me. why would you be aggressive with me because you’re the one who is incapable of doing your job? you work in a fast food industry. If you can’t manage to make a simple taco on time, then you should probably go get a different job. I would not recommend this chipotle to literally anyone unless you have at least an hour to wait for your order. Honestly, I think they need to fire the entire staff and getting new staff. They all hate each other on any customer should be allowed to make a complaint without them acting ghetto

This place is messed up. Super rude staff walking at their slowest pace possible while not serving customers and disregarding simple questions such as “are you planing on opening anytime soon?” as they were still closed at 11:10. Incredible experience, fitting right into what others experience there. And I was just looking forward to some yummie lunch… shame!

After my order was messed up at the south blvd. address I ordered from this location. BOTH Chipotles got my order wrong and both missed meat and beans. I used to like Chipotle b/c it was quality food but I find it very hard to get decent food at any Chipotle anymore. Do not order from Chipotle unless you want to risk wasting your money, better just to make this at home.

Show up at 6:15 and am told they are out of half the different meats, cheese, and other key things. They close at 7.Dinner is from like 5-7. Y'all can keep your food good to go until you close LOL.To think these guys want 20 bucks a hour too! Sad!

Shockingly slow. Almost like theyre doing it on purpose. I timed it... 5 min per person. Only 6 ppl in front of me and Ive been in line 30 minI am watching 4 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing while line is wrapped around corner behind me.

Nicole has a very nasty attitude and should not interact with customers . As she does not have a polite bone in her body. The store did not appear to be cleaned to the average standard. Also the store was not busy at the time. Therefore it was no need for the attitude and lack of cleanliness. I felt very uncomfortable in the store as she talked me so rudely. Latoya was very nice which is why I don't understand the reason for her attitude. However I will never spend a dime in this location again. I work hard for my money and to spend 17.54 and talked to rudely is insane. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Food was horrible, I’m talking brown guacamole and browned lettuce. I arrived 30 minutes after opening and they’re out of both fajita veggies and chicken. I said I could wait if more was being made and was told that they’re done for the day. They just opened half an hour ago? But okay.Service: I simply asked the price of my bowl and I was given horrendous attitude by two women at the cash register. Looking at the reviews, it seems like a pattern.Atmosphere: dirty tables, soda machine leaking, the floor is sticky because the soda machine leaking.Not worth the wait or price.
