Marco's Pizza in Greensboro

“I went in to Marco’s for the first time yesterday and was greeted and treated as if I was family by Arlen. He was so friendly and welcoming. He gave us great service and suggested some items off of the menu. He went above and beyond and made our experience unforgettable!!! The food was DELICIOUS!!!“

“I accidentally used a specialty coupon to order a plain cheese pizza but meant to order the works pizza. It was totally my fault, but the guys were super cool and nice enough to replace my cheese only pizza with a works pizza. I've never been disappointed with this place. Excellent service and pizza!! “Pizza is good, service is good, but that damn delivery girl slow and I’m not talking speed.

There’s no delivery details option on the website, so there was no way for me to explain which door for her to knock at. But we order from them often. My phone wasn’t working at the time when she knocked on the wrong door again, like she does every time we order. Took the pizza back to Marcos They wanted me to re-order my pizza so they could deliver it again instead of just going back to my residence which is on the same street as Marcos. I really don’t understand why they didn’t send me the pizza that I originally ordered.??‍♀️“

“This was my first time placing an order from this location. Tiffany was polite and provided excellent customer service over the phone. During pick-up the young man at the window was just as nice and courteous, while offering a compliment. The pizza was delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh! My order was completed correctly and I'll definitely revisit this location. Two thumbs up and thank you!“
