Arby's in Greensboro

“I eat here pretty often. The food is always good, the restaurant is always clean, and Josh always remembers my name which blows me away. Everyone here is great, but I don't know if I've ever met a fast food employee as friendly as Josh.“

“After having a bad customer experience at attitude from an employee at the Arby’s on Bridford parkway, I drove out of their drive thru and drove 15 minutes to come to this Arby’s by wet n wild. I was able to place my order and receive my food with no problems and excellent attitude from the lady who took my family’s order. Thank you! I guess driving 20 minutes from my house to eat Arby’s is better than driving 5 minutes away when the employees make you feel like you are welcomed and are friendly. Thank you“

“The one on Summit is truly the best one. Hands down. Food prepared well, fries hot. They really do a good job. People that I encountered friendly. I will add picture later... The meat box kinda a low key got me hooked on mozzarella sticks and I don't even like mozzarella sticks or thought I wouldn't. Then the peach cobbler rolls. But the Summit one is the best!“

“I very rarely eat fast food bc well let's b honest fast food sucks !! But I had here today and it was actually pretty good! It took a few minutes for our food to come but it must've been bc they made the food right then was t jus sitting out! So it was pretty good!“

“While not a frequent customer of Arby's at large myself, I enjoyed the food greatly. After 3 visits to this location, all for pickup of mobile orders, only once did I find myself waiting for my food, but I was fortunately not forgotten. I would visit again.“

“It was ok I guess I am used to old customer service. Today The Staff was not so attentive. I am used to receiving a greating or at least I will be with you in a moment it kinda of drives me crazy when The Staff walks past You while they are busy with out saying at least We will be with you shortly.“
