“I've had the brisket sandwich at other locations, and it was dry, and I told the young lady at the register this; her name was Precious. Precious was helping me decide what to order, and after everything was said and done, I got the fish as well as a chicken bacon swiss sandwich. When my food came out, there was a 3rd sandwich on my tray: the BBQ Brisket Sandwich. She explained that they had accidentally made an extra sandwich and wanted me to try theirs, and it was soo good. I'm glad I gave it another chance. Thanks, Precious and crew!“
“I ordered the new bourbon sandwich meal with the crinkle fries and a root beer. My daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a Jamocha shake. The lady at the window was really nice. It didn't too take long to receive out food. When I got my sandwich, there was hardly no sauce on it. Glad I asked for Arby sauce. That helped a lot. The meat was tender and had a really good flavor. My daughter smashed her food of course. Overall it wasn't a bad experience...I would likely go back.“
“Food was Good & Hot as usual. There has only been once I've ordered something that wasn't in my bag & I've been plenty of times! Last time I Did an online order in the parking lot because they had a coupon for so much off my order if I ordered online. I have to say it was very fast and my food was done and like I said very good and hot. The employees aren't always as friendly, or really even seen them smile, but like I said at least my food was accurate. Very tasty! And hot and fresh!“
“Not to bad. Not a huge Arby's fan but, it is quick, covenient, and reliable. Tbe Waygu burger is good. Service is generally good. A little slower than expected at times when you have a relatively empty interior.Parking: A delivery truck was blocking the main exit. I had to drive back around build to leave.“
“ALERT, ALERT, ALERT,THIS GUY NAMED KENNETH (according to the name on the receipt) DEMONSTRATED EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I ordered the fish strips and fries; the food was piping hot and tasted great. But what got me was this guy's attitude and demeanor over the speaker and at the window!! If he is not a manager, he should be granted that title and position. The audacity of him to give me such great customer service at night, How dare him in the world we live in of terrible customer service.Keep up the great work Ken, you are going places with or without Arbys.“
“Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches, small order of Mozzarella sticks & a medium drink. Drive thru was NOT busy but server requested that I move my car to the door because they were cooking the mozzarella sticks. ?♀️ no one in line behind me & no one came through the drive thru the entire time we were waiting, which fortunately was only about 3 minutes. But the young black girl that brought out our order was not at all friendly, did not smile, or even thank us. In fact, she acted like she was doing US a favor! There is more I could say but I won't. The food was good although the service was lacking!“
“This is the best Arby's I've been to in a long time. The food was hot. The portions of my double roast beef were perfect. Two employees (cashier and another) were taking care of the dining area. The cashier, he was courteous and talked to many of the customers as he was cleaning. You can tell that this store is well taken care of by its employees.“
