“Every time I travel to Greensboro, I stop in to Bao Bao for the House Spicy Chicken soup and order an extra to go back to Virginia with me! Today, I took my kids with me and it’s now their favorite spot in Greensboro too! See you next time I’m in town!“

“This place used to be Pika Tea but it’s no longer Pika Tea just an FYI for those who are coming here for the boba.
They have a new owner and it’s a little viet cafe and the foods tho are absolutely delicious.
Each day is a different dish being served.
They’re pho are pho-nominal haha
But seriously the best one I’ve had so far.
They serve other types of Vietnamese noodles as well.
You will need to use Google Translate if you don’t speak Vietnamese.“

“I really can't say enough about Bánh Mì Saigon in Greensboro, NC. The Bánh Mì are simply exquisite. House made baguette, pate, pork roll and other meats, veggies and Nước chấm sauce make for one of the world's greatest sandwiches. My favorites are the #1 and #2 Bánh Mì, but I'm making an attempt to try every single version of this fabulous concoction on their menu, and there are many versions. Also, don't be afraid to try their other specialties, like Cha Lua (Vietnamese Pork Roll) and the spring rolls are also excellent. Honestly, nothing's better for lunch or an afternoon snack than a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (the large size please!). Service is fantastic. Prices are crazy good. Also, I've never been a fan of bubble tea, but theirs is actually pretty good. My ONLY complaint is that their hours are a bit limited (closes at 6pm), but that's OK. They work hard to make these ridiculously good sandwiches.“

“I recently visited Van Loi II and had a great overall experience. We ordered the combination pho, tripe salad, mixed 5-spice intestine (pork chitlins and innards), and roast pork. Everything came out flavorful and delicious, especially the pho and the more traditional dishes, which really highlight authentic Vietnamese cooking.
The only downside was the roast pork—it was a bit on the dry side—but still had good flavor.
This is definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone wanting to try authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese food. Just a heads up: the restaurant is on the smaller side with limited seating, and it can get pretty busy. There were only two servers when we visited, so service may take a little longer—but they’re working hard, so it’s worth being patient and kind.
If you’re dining solo, you can also ask to sit at the bar, which is a nice option.
Overall, a solid spot for authentic flavors and a worthwhile visit!“
