“First experience with Peruvian cuisine. Delicious! Masterful use of spices and seasonings. Service is very good, food temperature appropriate, attractive presentation, restaurant clean and staff pleasant. Alex explained preparation of dishes and how various cultures influenced the cuisine. Inka’s version of flan is better than any i’ve ever had — not too sweet, creamy texture, reminiscent of crème brûlée. Good coffee, too. Looking forward to a return visit.“
