“I made the wrong mistake coming to this location at night in the day time the manager have the food together: teenagers on the phone, eating behind the counters, waiting 20 minutes for chicken came back 35 minutes later and chicken was. Flimsy and pulled early just trash!! I took photos. They need to run me my 45 bucks back!“
“Craving a little KFC. So we looked for the highest rated KFC in Greensboro and it was Bessemer Ave so we went. Food was very great, service was good and cleanliness was spectacular. Had a bowl and a Dr. Pepper which both tasted as they should. I would recommend for your KFC fix.“
“This is the best KFC in Greensboro. CHUCK is an OUTSTANDING & KIND GM. They are pretty busy non-stop but ALL STAFF, esp. cashiers & other workers are very nice despite some customers being impatient & disrespecful. You may have to wait 10 - 15 minutes but the FOOD & PRICE ARE WORTH IT!!KEEP IN MIND, WE ARE DEALING WITH A MAJOR COVID PANDEMIC & WORKER SHORTAGE, esp. in the restaurant industry. So please keep that in mind and be grateful, patient, and friendly bc all these workers & managers are putting their lives at risk to serve us daily, esp. for DINE-IN & CARRY OUT / CONTACT ORDERS. Please wear a mask for your & everyone elses safety. Im fully vaccinated but we have to think about others too. We are all in this Pandemic together - FAMILY!! “The restaurant was clean nice atmosphere nice server. Great quality food, food came out nice fast manner. The Manager clearly cared about his work space, he came out, and mopped the floor. The manager could have easily set another worker to mop, but he took it upon himself to get the job done.WELL DONE!!! Wayne we will be back“
“I had gone to two other KFC to get some chicken livers only to find that only 2 other locations are selling them. After driving about 15 minutes to get to one of these locations, I then had to wait 25 plus minutes more just to make the order and another 10 minutes to get the order. I wanted the livers, so I waited without too much grumbling. When I got home there was quite a bit of tiny pieces in my box. This is why I couldn't give KFC 5's.“
“Always had the best buffet. We chose the for the 8 for 10. It was delicious. We ordered crispy. We were given original and didn't know the nuggets were like chicken minis. Only Chavella made it right. Swear that extra crispy taste like Hardee's/Roy Rogers. All That and an extra breast. Thanks so much, y'all.“
