Management who handled my order, didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t right, and in fact, handed it to me, knowing it wasn’t right. When I asked for a refund acted as if it was of no consequence.
Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life.
The food was disgusting. The chicken smelled rotten and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The biscuits were so overcooked and hard that they were almost impossible to eat. When I complained, an employee tried to tell me they were supposed to be hard on the outside and soft on the inside. No, they were just hard.
