Don’t go inside, you’ll get your food faster if you use the drive thru. The manager doesn’t have time to deal with anyone inside. 3 people walked out of the store and I witnessed more than I needed to during my extended stay. The food is okay, just don’t go inside.
Did the drive thru, got where I was staying and received the wrong order.Next time I went in t store fir take out. When opening the box had something I told clerk I didn't want and pieces of chicken were burnt. Two bad experiences in a row. This has to be the worst KFC I have ever

I made a online order, and when I went to pickup it wasn't ready. The chicken was over cooked and the pieces were very small. I ordered coleslaw and macaroni and cheese, and got coleslaw and mashed potatoes. After waiting 15 minutes extra, from the time they said it would be ready they couldn't get my order right!
