$3.58 for a small slaw. Price gouging at its highest. Could get a 3 wing snack for that at one point. Nothing to do with the location or the employees, but it reminded me of why I never eat there anymore. That was a lot for five spoons full of slaw. Delicious though.

I made a online order, and when I went to pickup it wasn't ready. The chicken was over cooked and the pieces were very small. I ordered coleslaw and macaroni and cheese, and got coleslaw and mashed potatoes. After waiting 15 minutes extra, from the time they said it would be ready they couldn't get my order right!

3 times in a row I have ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I didn’t receive coleslaw all 3 times and the 2nd time I didn’t get my second sandwich. The food is good but it I am always missing something in my bag.

Don’t go inside, you’ll get your food faster if you use the drive thru. The manager doesn’t have time to deal with anyone inside. 3 people walked out of the store and I witnessed more than I needed to during my extended stay. The food is okay, just don’t go inside.

I would honestly love to give this place a higher review. Our family likes to go here, my grandson LOVES the chicken here. But the fact is, it's a roll of the dice each time you go, what kind of KFC you're going to get. There's a gentleman that's there some evenings that is super polite, super helpful, we can get what we want to order and the food is never wrong. Other times there is a female there and it's a different place. Soda is out or there's no biscuits or you can't get extra crispy, even when you have placed the order ahead of time. They wait until you get there and tell you that they don't have extra crispy for your order. That was the entire reason for ordering ahead, so you would have time to cook it for the order. Not so we can wait 20min to come get it and then be told we will have to wait 20 more min if we want extra crispy, which we already ordered. If this happened once, ok but it is something every single time the gentleman isn't there. And they look right through you at the window, no matter how polite or understanding you try to be. It's really frustrating.

The women at the drive thru 10/23/23 11:45am she was seriously rude i asked her a question and she just stirred at me like i was her child i asked her why she looking at me after she refused to remake my drink she closed the window in my face instead of getting my drink a manager had to get it he was super nice but they need to send her home for the day
