She Exemplified great management .Not only did she rectify the problem her and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased. You don’t see good customer service like that anymore, but I want them to know that it’s appreciated. There are people that still hold you to high standards. You passed. “The management and staff obviously care about their regular patrons. I saw them come from behind the counter to visit with an elderly regular customer. The place was exceptionally clean, and the food was fresh and put together well. It was a once and done stop at this facility as we were traveling. But we were very impressed with our experience.“
