Here for IHFC Market!!! Extremely rude (cashier - young man) , acted like we were a bother to him ! Couldn’t seem to remember what we had ordered ? Then to top off came back asking for salt packets (asked another employee who in turn yelled to the cashier customer at front counter ) SMH when I finally got to ask him if they had salt packets he snapped me and said nope we’re out !!! Extremely rude employees!!
I received the most disrespectful pieces if chicken. I literally received a drumette and a petite thigh. I was highly disappointed. I will not be returning to the KFC on University (W-S, NC).

Although food quality can be inconsistent, management is courteous and apologetic when issues arise, ensuring a satisfying experience.
