I visited the restaurant on 9-27-2023 in the drive-thru...when I got home I looked at the chicken and it very dark and it looks old on the edge of burnt...I called back on 9-28-2023 and spoke with one of the managers, she was extremely courteous and apologetic…she advised me to bring the chicken back which I did and she exchanged the food I ordered with fresh chicken....the replacement food was better...the experience on the second time was great
Left earlier . Came here today on this Mother's Day Sunday w/ my Mom . Ordered her food , seen my good friends Roger & Greg ( my former Managers from the other KFC store ) . . . . they hooked it up ! Food was piping hot ! Looked , smelled & tasted great ! Will return ! Always excellent customer service & great food ! Thanks , Roger ??? -Archie

Went to the drive thru at about 130 pm on 12/29/23. The employee was rude,they didn't ask me did I want original or crispy,I didn't receive my cole slaw and potatoes. Didnot thank me or greet me. Drive thru employees need more training on customer service.thank you Tony
