Okay so I did not cook today, just wanted to grab something with most of the restaurants being crowded on Easter Sunday!I ordered a 2 piece Breast and Wing, and when I tell you they were Hard! They tasted like they were at least 5 days old! Normally their chicken is moist, succulent, not today!And those fries were incredibly hard, and I was trying to alert the cashier that I needed some ketchup, to try and at least eat the fries, she acted as though she did not hear me! And I know that she did!For once, KFC has truly let me Down!Well, time to find another go to chicken spot.This occurred on March 31st @ 3:30 pm!I am a Food Critic!

Went to the drive thru at about 130 pm on 12/29/23. The employee was rude,they didn't ask me did I want original or crispy,I didn't receive my cole slaw and potatoes. Didnot thank me or greet me. Drive thru employees need more training on customer service.thank you Tony

I visited the restaurant on 9-27-2023 in the drive-thru...when I got home I looked at the chicken and it very dark and it looks old on the edge of burnt...I called back on 9-28-2023 and spoke with one of the managers, she was extremely courteous and apologetic…she advised me to bring the chicken back which I did and she exchanged the food I ordered with fresh chicken....the replacement food was better...the experience on the second time was great

After several minutes of just standing there while workers walked around in the back looking at us and Not acknowledging our presence we decided to go next door to Wendy's so we could have our order taken to actually get some food. Is 0 customer service at this location.
Ordered the 12 piece nugget combo with fries got home and had the wrong meal. Tried calling 5 times with no answer.

The chicken is always a hit or miss,sometimes good,sometimes it feels and tastes reheated,last time they made my wait a whole hour for 8 piece bucket,went inside and got a refund and today half an hour for 2 double downs,Never ever am I coming back to this
