They take the time to show they care 🥰
This starbucks it's always so pleasant to go into
I just want to give a special thank you to Xavier, the manager, and the entire Starbucks team.
To the team members outside the shop who noticed my daughter's birthday crown and took the time to wish her a happy 9th birthday.
you all made her feel so incredibly special. 💚
As a busy, sleep-deprived mom, you have no idea how much that simple act of kindness meant to me.
Thank you for making my daughter's birthday even more memorable.
