The staff really needs help. I think the manager at this location needs a new pool of people to work for them. They did not get a simple order correct. It is worst than going to a McDonald's on a Sunday morning. For what you pay for coffee at Starbucks I expect a correct order.

Excellent ⭐ Starbucks location with very speedy, friendly, and knowledgeable employees who know their ☕ coffee. I highly recommend their iced coffee, flat white, seasonal lattes, and light pastries like brownies, ? cookies, and chocolate ? ? croissant.Also love their drive through and app to earn free items and order ahead. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, seating, and ? restrooms.

There was this super cute black guy who was so sweet, service was 10/10 card declined but he was super patient and sweet. 10/10 would literally order Starbucks just to see him!!!
The slowest Starbucks in Greensboro. 15 minutes to get to window in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Then I get there and wait 5 minutes for a drink I PREORDERED. Got the drink 12 minutes AFTER expected ready time.I won’t cheat on the Cornwallis location ever again.

Got a grande latte and this is what I got. Got back into drive thru to show them at the window and was informed I needed to get back in line to get my drink corrected. This is after I had been in line twice already. She said “I have people behind you that are waiting for their drinks”. I didn’t have time to wait. What a waste of $7!

I don’t usually complain but I’m the kind of person who loves Starbucks, morning coffees’ a must… but when I’m paying $7 for a coffee and I only get HALF the drink every single time I come here. Like come on… this is absurd. I’ll gladly make coffee at home if this is what paying for service has come to.

This location is my favorite, they never get my drink wrong and even when they are busy I can still get my drink pretty quickly. Staff is always friendly! I've never eaten anything at Starbucks do I can't comment on their food.
