Oval customer service above average wasn't expecting above service .This McDonald's location manager is doing their job making sure staff training is up to customer service keep up the good training - service
Every time I order from this place they mess the order up the food looks like trash yes its McDonald's but everything is smashed or old looking, employees are rude and put 0 effort into any sort of customer service.
Manager Elijah was super nice when my app froze and my order didn't go through all the way. When I got to the store he made my order right away and went above and beyond to make sure all my special requests were fulfilled. This is my favorite location. The team here is great.
