“They were out of Nitro cold brew but Kelsey the one taking my order suggested that I get the regular vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam to replicate the nitro, and even as a former Starbucks employee I didn’t even think to do that and it turned out to be even better! Love that they try to accommodate here.“
“Looks really good, I like the building a lot and the ability of campus to provide areas like this across. It looks really clean and well kept, students seem to be happy with it. Luckily for the franchise they're at the heart of their demographic, so that's good business.“

“The two young ladies that were there this morning were phenomenal!!! The first young woman behind the register was so friendly and easy to talk to. Very polite while redirecting the customers into a straight line after some confusion. The other young woman making the drinks was also friendly and timely with getting it the beverages. I got a signature Caramel Frappuccino. I kid you not, this is the best one I've ever had. The ice was blended perfectly! I don't feel like I'm chewing on cubes of ice like other places. To some, that's the point of a frap, but for me, who typically takes all day to finish a cup, I know that my coffee will not taste watered down in 10-15 minutes. I would come here every day if I wasn't only passing through.“
“Located just off the elevators from the Publix parking garage, this Starbucks is convenient to grab a hot or cold beverage before heading in to Publix to shop. The barista here made great recommendations and she made the caffeine-pick-me-up just perfect!“
“I’m not a Starbucks fan but my family is. They love coffee flavored sweet drinks/shakes. My daughter is at the hospital and didn’t like the hospital tea, one of the nurses suggested she try the “sick tea” (aka “medicine ball”) from Starbucks. She liked it a lot!The place stays busy and sometimes they are understaffed. Patience and courtesy goes a long way. Be friendly and say hi to the barista. Strike up a quick conversation. Not everyone will be receptive, but those who do will be thankful.“

“a few years ago, my mom was having surgery at the hospital and i was there with her for a few days. now, keep in mind, i was around 12 at this time. i noticed there was a starbucks in the hospital and my dad bought me some iced coffee (this was in 2017 so i don’t remember what drink) because it was early. well, my sister came along later and recommended a drink to get. so i got another drink a couple minutes later. then my mom gives me money and i get yet another drink. it was like 10 in the morning and the worker didn’t question why this twelve year old was downing three venti coffees at that time. i don’t remember his name or much else about it, but i reminisce about those times every time i pass it.“
“Specific to this location, the lines are quite often long but move fast. Orders are accurate. Staff seems friendly. As for the company in whole, I'm disappointed they removed the sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup, all that leaves is the sugar free vanilla. I'm also not a fan of the paper straws they started using, they disintegrate before you can finish your drink! Have to carry your own straws now. Also they seem to be out of the ingredients to make their seasonal drinks, I know there are supply chain issues but considering these are seasonal it would be wise to make sure you can get the ingredients for the whole season.“
“I really liked the service of several girls who have treated me here because they are patient, attentive and kind. My mom and I are a little nervous trying to speak in English, as soon as they noticed it, they quickly let us know that they could serve us in Spanish. You almost don't wait long for your order, they are fast. I love here!“

“Did online ordering and our food & drinks were ready when we arrived. Staff was friendly and store looked organized. The spring time lavender oat latte was perfect. The egg bites are way better than I thought they would be. A Starbucks stop always hits the spot.“
