Poor service; the person working the drive-thru had a bad attitude. I ordered a drink directly through the app, and they responded grudgingly, saying they wouldn't make it until I showed it to them in the app. They did end up making it, but with a terrible attitude—they practically threw it at me.
If only 0 stars could be given, the worst experience in this cafeteria, it takes 30 minutes to make a simple coffee, when they finally delivered it, they gave it to me hot, when I wanted it cold, and when they did it again, there was a hair inside the cafe!! What a displeasure. This is the worst service, go to another place, this is the worst of all. It's not even the first time they've had these kinds of mistakes in my order here!
Repeated my order 3 or 4 times and they still didn’t get it right I mention it to the lady with green hair the and she didn’t even apologize just didn’t care!
Not to mention drive thru took about 30 minutes.
Not doing this again there is a reason why this place is 2.4 ⭐
