I'm at this location almost every morning. They're fast and the staff is friendly. Kelsey and Emily are so personable and always make me feel like a valued customer. The only issue with this location is that the space is small and there's no space to enjoy my coffee and breakfast.
Ordered at the guess road location and it was absolutely a horrible experience!!! came over to this one and was absolutely amazing!!! The shift lead Noah!!! Is amazing!! and Lucy is the best super sweet and funny!! I will definitely be making this store my home location for now on!!

Being greeted, and I mean authentically greeted as opposed to a rehearsed corporate cliche, makes such a difference to the whole experience of walking into a shop.
