Being greeted, and I mean authentically greeted as opposed to a rehearsed corporate cliche, makes such a difference to the whole experience of walking into a shop. Three different people behind the counter, as they passed from one task to another glanced up, made eye contact and offered their own personal welcome. I was just stopping in to order a cup of black coffee to go, but the nice, cheerful vibe that everyone contributed to creating made me feel right at home - even though I was 400 miles from home and about to start the long drive back. Thank you for the goodwill. Sorry but wasn’t a good experience I ask for light ice and I saw how they made the drinks more ice than drink! The person lit but the whole cup of ice… The girl on the window was really nice and try to help !!

I'm at this location almost every morning. They're fast and the staff is friendly. Kelsey and Emily are so personable and always make me feel like a valued customer. The only issue with this location is that the space is small and there's no space to enjoy my coffee and breakfast.

They was really busy the day I was there, I guess, there was trash on the floors like napkins, receipts, straws, and such. The coffee was for my daughter who was in the hospital. She had ordered it online, so I went through the drive thru but the girl said they had not received it yet. I parked and went in. I stood there for a bit then I finally asked if any of the coffees was for . No one answered so I said it louder. One girl said to me if that's the name of it then yes rather snappy. I turned the cup around. I told them to have a wonderful Christmas or Happy Holidays. None of the six or so employees said a word. As I walked out the door I said and have a lovely day. Still no reply.What has happened to customers service and being polite?

Just stopped here and they have a sign on the door that says they are closed due to a power outage. All the lights are on inside and there were at least 3 staff people hanging out. Not sure why they are not open sense the power is obviously on.

Ordered at the guess road location and it was absolutely a horrible experience!!! came over to this one and was absolutely amazing!!! The shift lead Noah!!! Is amazing!! and Lucy is the best super sweet and funny!! I will definitely be making this store my home location for now on!!

We had an horrible experience at this Roxboro location. We were not greeted and when I asked for assistance staff walked away. Customer Service disgusting. We left and went to Guess Rd, and they were courteous and professional.

Whoever was making the drinks on 10/5 around 6:50 am is rude with horribale customer service. She saw me standing there for an extended amount of time and did not once simply ask if I was waiting on something. My drink was there the entire time, but she or whoever puts the label on the cup did not put my name and when she placed it down, she didn’t say the name of the drink or the name it was for. When I asked was I forgotten about she said “excuse me” with a horrible attitude. She needs some more customer service training classes.

This is the worst Starbucks in Durham. Every time I come here my coffe tastes like smoke or flavored water. Not sure if the staff needs to be retrained etc, but this is my last time at this store. This has happened on several occasions.
