The Batistas working today are so friendly and have such a great attitude. I was very disappointed though when I found out that they are not allowed to accept tips like at the other Starbucks locations. What is up with that??? I really wanted to tip for the amazing service I received and I can't do that? My job can be very stressful and intense but stopping by my favorite Starbucks, greeted by my name and smiles from the employees on my way to work makes such a huge difference to the start of my day, everyday. Jack and Mady make me feel very welcomed each morning and they know exactly how I enjoy my coffee!! We live in a world full of anonymity these days so feeling "known" is a very welcomed feeling. Thank you!!

I don't know if all of Starbucks are doing this now......I had to ask for cream and sugar. I usually put it in myself, but there was nothing put out for self-service.Otherwise, everything was good. We had a great barista.We had coffee, egg bites, and a pastry.
