Anna in the drive thru is always so amazing! We come here almost daily and typically order the same thing as I can’t start my day without iced coffee lol. We get a birthday cake pop for our son and my husband tries whatever he feels like that day. Today, we accidentally got a grande instead of the venti we ordered, and she fixed it right away, and didn’t make an annoyed face or have an attitude like some we’ve come across. Absolutely love this location. I come here each Sunday morning for a weekly treat and always receive the absolute best service! The nicest employees EVER! Lovely woman always has the most upbeat attitude when picking up my mobile order via the drive-thru. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and though I live closer to other coffee shops and even another Starbucks, I come out of my way to this location because the service is top notch.

Ordered ahead on the app. Waited in the drive through and the employee handed me one of my three items and told me I didn't order anything else. I had to show him my order and he gave me the missing two items. My drink was not the correct size and missing some ingredients that normally comes in the drink. Not sure what was going on, but it was probably the worst Starbucks experience I've had in a long time. Won't go back to this location.
