There are 10 people working behind the counter and still waiting 20 min for a latte. Also telling them specifically I want it warm!!!!! And they always make it 10000 degrees and burn my lips!
Worst starbucks ever! I mourn the hillsborough starbucks every day. They have a million workers but somehow still take an hour to make my drink.
