Saturday afternoon, waited 20 minutes for a mocha. I'd only come back if I was planning to sit in the shop or if I used a mobile order. Staff was friendly, drink was adequate but not worth the wait time.
This location makes excellent and consistent drinks...when you can get them. I have waited over 45 minutes for a drink before and I'm not sure how long I would have waited total because I just had to abandon it and get to work. This has happened twice where I had to leave my drink after paying for it because I just could not wait any longer. It's good and they always make my order the way I like it. However it has gotten so busy I think they need to hire more staff. Everyone in our neighborhood is saying that it takes 45 minutes even when you order ahead and the line is always out the door. Hopefully they can hire some more folks to help them out. Just be prepared it will take a while.
