Husband and myself got drinks that we really didn’t like. It’s 8:25 pm on 03/25 and the two girls at this shop were so amazing in helping us get the correct drinks we wanted. They were very patient and helpful with wonderful customer service.

As a partner I never really post but this store is not upholding Starbucks Mission and values. No one greeted anyone as they walked into this cafe and every table you sat at was dirty. After watching and watching the partner Luna make my drink incorrectly I asked if I could indeed have my tea shaken. They then snatch the cup out of my hand and was extremely rude. I didn’t want to further engage as the store appeared to have issues. I’ll probably skip this store after the gym next time.

This location was open on Christmas! Was expectingly crowded. Everything ran smoothly. Order processed timely and accurately!Great job!

I normally don't do reviews but I felt maybe if I left one it will help things get better. I keep trying this one because it's close to my work but it's very inconsistent. I always see the baristas make my drink and then pour portions of it out to accommodate space in the cup - and I put extras in my drink so it compromises the taste/efffects. Also the cold foam sinks instantly and all we have is bubbles on top. Ive asked to remake it once because it didnt taste right and she looked at me like I was a jerk. Immediately she proceeded to talk about a another customer negatively to her team mates and how she was "needy". I just feel for the amount of money I pay for my favorite drink, almost $10, it should be consistent to what to every Starbucks I have gotten. Customers shouldn't be talked about, especially in front of others paying customers ? I hope this review helps create a better atmosphere where customers feel appreciated because I left very upset ??

Unfortunately this location is just not the coffee experience anyone wants. I purposefully drive further to another location to not deal with this location. Ordering ahead on the app is a joke, it can still be another 30 minutes after arriving that the one drink you ordered is ready. Drinks are frequently mismade and the location could use a a really good scrub of the floors. There's so much potential at this location especially with the cute outdoor seating area and the amount of business they get, but the number of drinks that they usually get behind because of the number of remakes observed when standing in the line waiting for a drink really detracts from a quick coffee run. I understand it's a systemic issue with the age of mobile orders and delivery apps, but this store should consider turning off mobile orders if they're short staffed and focusing on putting out a correct coffee.

It's good and they always make my order the way I like it. However it has gotten so busy I think they need to hire more staff. Everyone in our neighborhood is saying that it takes 45 minutes even when you order ahead and the line is always out the door. Hopefully they can hire some more folks to help them out. Just be prepared it will take a while.
