Was having such a bad day, went to Starbucks, and the cashier was so sweet and kind to me. They were so understanding of the situation I was in and helped me. I’m so grateful. Love you Starbucks!
Everybody was very friendly and helpful. List didn't look that large but the guy behind the counter explained that's because everybody ends up getting so many customized things so it's really just name what you want and they make it for you. I was redeeming some rewards that I had and I end up getting the horchata iced coffee. It was okay. I just don't think that was really my go to but I wanted to try something new. They gave me a pup cup to give Decker which he thoroughly enjoyed.
The young lady working the morning of Sat, Dec 13 was extremely overwhelmed, rude, and dismissive. When I first ordered, she asked me if I could choose something that was a little easier for her to make. She really needs to work on her customer service skills having to actually work with customers!
