I went to this Starbucks on a whim. Its located in the harris teeter. Two young ladies were working. On my app there was a matcha strawberry frappe that looked amazing. I asked the young ladie could I please have this made? She looked up to the challenge. I went to pay with the app but unfortunately she said she was not able to scan the bar code for the app. I ran back out to my car to get the debit card and by the time I came back and paid she was just about ready with...read full review
I have only had great experiences here. I have a few picky requests when I order a Grande: Double cup; 1 Sweetner; Room at the top so it doesn't slop over; 1/2 inch cream. They happily take it all in and I get just what I wanted every time. I've only been in the mid-afternoon, and the same happy faces are always there.
Tried the new macadamia nut cold brew. It was tasty. HATE that Starbucks employees inside Ingles aren't allowed tips (grumbles in several languages of food service).

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks is located in the harris teeter. Two young ladies were working. One customer ordered a matcha strawberry frappe that looked amazing and was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Another customer has only had great experiences here, with picky requests for a Grande: Double cup; 1 Sweetner; Room at the top; 1/2 inch cream, and gets just what they wanted every time. A third customer tried the new macadamia nut cold brew and found it tasty. The same happy faces are always there, but employees inside Ingles aren't allowed tips.
