I visited this location today and was very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. Despite being in need of assistance, I found that the service staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist customers. Customers may not be familiar with the company's policy ,just hope the employees can give a correct and reasonalbe explanation, but their answer is we just make what you ordered and don't know anything else...This lack of willingness to help left a negative impression on my overall experience at Starbucks. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any establishment, anyway, lesson learned.

The older lady that opening this Starbuck (black lady) is very RUDE and so unfriendly. She takes FOREVER to fix a drink and she seems pretty unhappy with her job that I didn't even tell her to apply for. The other 2 young men that I have seen there are pretty nice but all in all its the SLOWLY Starbucks I have ever been to. You can place an order online and 20 mins later when you get there it still not ready. This morning she kept stated its going to be 10 mins before I get do any shots as if she wanted people to leave, because nobody new was coming in.... but 15 mins later after waiting....she states IDK how long before the machine is ready. WORST STARBUCK AWARD SHOULD GO TO HER......HANDS DOWN.

Earlier today I had an errand to do at Harris Teeter at Strickland and Leesville Roads. The woman who took my order told me the coffee options. The coffee was in kind of a thermos. Unfortunately, the coffee was barely warm. By the time I paid for the coffee, a slice of pumpkin bread and returned to my car the coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Certainly did not get my money's worth - $7. The woman who waited on me definitely needs more training.

The manager of that cafe is very rude. She went there to get my coffee because it is close to my work, but every time I pass she is always rude and answers you in a very bad way.?

This is for the Starbucks not for Harris Teeter. The lady in the morning with the green bandana around her face is rude. I only come in a couple times throughout the week but every single time I go in there she’s disrespectful. If she’s not a morning person she needs to find a better job.

The behavior continues as the other two negative reviews of the same lady. I did get upset and told the lady after many times tolerating this behavior. She refused to serve me because unfortunately I did cursed at her for telling that she didn't like I spoke by moving my hands. At the time told her that she did the same behavior to my daughter. And wife her replied was that she didn't know who they were. Well this morning a week later I sent my daughter. My daughter observed that she as extremely being nice to my satisfaction I figured my complaint worked but then she called another employee to tell my daughter that she refuse to serve her because now she did remember she is related to me. I will not go back to this location not a way to start your morning. My wife stopped going for like two years for same reason.

Went to Starbucks this morning and it's safe to say the lady behind the counter ruined my morning once again. I go out of my way to go to another location in order to avoid interacting with her typically but this morning I thought I would give it another shot. She had a terrible attitude with the lady in front of me and when I got to the counter it was no different. Not only did she over charge me for what I ordered (this was refunded to me by the Harris teeter manager who was wonderful) but she also spoke to me in such a way that was down embarrassing in front of other customers. So strange that she is still employed at this location! Will happily drive down the road next time to avoid interacting with her.

I ordered one simple item, the manager left her post with two new employees standing there not knowing what to do. Then the Manager had a very ugly attitude when she returned. As a frequent starbucks costumer, I was very disappointed with the costumer service I received.

They don't even deserve one star! The employees are absolutely rude and will ignore you at the pick up counter. I finally had to pull the guy from the register to help with a pick up Uber eats order. The other two that were right there working by the pick up counter ignored me for 10 minutes acted like I wasn't even standing there. The order was ready just had to be bagged up. They could care less. Get better employees I will not return to this location.

Out of several items and the very unfriendly baristas. Could barely understand what they mumbled at me and when I asked the lady, Jessica, to repeat herself she got offended and replied with something unintelligible.

The lady behind the counter threw sugar at me and then threw the straw under the plastic barrier while yelling at me! The attitude started when I asked for my cappuccino not too hot. She said she couldn't do that because she didn't have a temperature gauge. I asked her then just to pull the milk away before it got too hot. Her aggression towards me was not normal behavior. She slid the drink under the plastic barrier without saying anything and walked away. I then asked for sugar and she said we have a bunch of different sugar, what do you want, do you want me to name them all?! Then she threw them at me. I spoke with the manage of Harris Teeter who was very nice and I told him to watch the video footage for proof. Unbelievable!
