“Besides the fact that Oscars has served the best burgers and hotdogs in High Point for sixty years, their menu is full of other options of which to choose, breakfast and lunch! A small “mom and pop” cafe that is definitely worth a visit... It’s a family of employees and the people whom eat there on a daily basis! Known by name, by orders...some order the same thing every day and order is placed before they get in the door! “Went in for a quick bite after work and it did what I needed it to do. The place was fairly clean and the line moved at a decent pace, even with a few people ahead of me. I ordered a combo meal and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were fresh, not overly salty, and the burger tasted how you’d expect, nothing fancy but solid. Staff was polite enough, not overly chatty but got the order right. Prices felt normal for what you get these days. It’s not somewhere I’d drive out of my way for, but for a quick and easy meal, it works just fine and I’d go back again.“
