The building and inside dining area appeared clean and well-kept when I walked in. I stopped by to grab a tuna sub, and the sandwich itself tasted pretty good and hit the spot.
However, there were a couple of things that kept this from being a top-notch experience. I order here very frequently. They are one of the only stores that accepts coupons and they are usually good about my food. One of my recent orders I had out light lettuce and in the extra order description I put very light lettuce. Another order I had today was spot on except I always get 2 chocolate chip cookies ALWAYS!! And they put 2 raisin cookies in my bad and I didn’t know until I went to eat it. I’m not happy with this.
This location has a drive thru! Both the service and the sandwiches are better than the drive thru location off of 68 heading near the airport. It does take a while for them to make your order but so far the taste has been worth the wait

Subway provides excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. The drive-thru is quick and easy, with knowledgeable and friendly employees. They prepare subs with fresh ingredients, and some staff members even offer to add their own creative twist to classic menu items, like the bacon, chicken, ranch sub, resulting in a delicious and speedy meal. Recently, customers have noted that the staff are consistently attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasure. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated inside, creating an inviting ambiance. The ingredients are super fresh, and staff work quickly together to ensure great service. While there may be times when some specialty drinks are depleted late at night, the overall experience remains reliable and enjoyable, with easy parking and seating available.
