Faith was the only person on shift when everyone called out. Instead of getting frustrated, she made the best of her situation and was very pleasant to interact with even though she was slammed by customers. She deserves a raise!

Drive- thru was quick and easy! The employees were knowledgeable and nice. I couldn't find my usual on the ordering board and was directed quickly by the employee on where to look! Our subs were made perfectly with fresh ingredients.

I went in today thinking i was getting the same bacon,chicken,ranch. Nah idk who was making it but it was a younger man with long hair but he said “can I put my own twist? I was like sure! And not only did he make the best sub I’ve ever gotten honestly comparable to a jersey mikes in just taste. That junk was fast like 6mins he was done. And they got me out and I was smiling the entire time 10/10.

I've been coming to this location for several years, once every 2-3 weeks or so. Today I was surprised by the great customer service. There were 2-3 ladies working today and they were incredibly polite and attentive, from the initial greeting to final good bye. It was unexpected and brought a smile to my face. Thank you!

5/13/23 around 3:30pm none of the employees have proper hats on and the girl did my sandwich she has the long breaded hair not tied up but her hair ties on her wrist, she proceeded do my sandwich her hair ties in her wrist brush on my bread, I told her can you please make me new bread your hair ties on your wrist brush on my bread, she got attitude by throwing the tuna spoon back at the container, rolls her eyes and gives me a hateful eyes, I told her she doesn’t have an attitude toward a paying customer bad hygiene is ver crucial, I’m the one paying and eating the sandwich. She slammed the toast oven door very loud. The red hair cashier took over and finished my order, he also didn’t have proper hat on and not washing its hand while changed gloves. The lady in kitchen came out not hat also. So three employees in the Subway in this location has no proper hats on and even worse it’s the attitude on the employee.

I ordered on the app two sandwiches. After a long day at work. Ordered at 8 15 pm, choose pick up in store. Order to be ready at 8 35pm. No where did it say they lock the doors at 8pm. Arrived at 8 35 tried the door it wa locked. Got in the car drove to pick up window. Saw two employees talking but never came to window. Drove around again this time stopped at the speaker. Told them I had an online order told me to drive around. There were no other customers there. Waited 5 minutes finally brought my order to window. Asked about doors said they lock them at 8 even though says they close at 9. Got home, my sandwich was to be turkey melt. There was no cheese and two pieces of turkey. Mostly bread and black olives. I paid for a turkey melt and there was no cheese and barely turkey. I threw it away. I have used this Subway since it opened but I know recent sale. I will not go back. I will now go to Jersey Mike's so I receive what I paid for. Side note I watched the two employees in the the store just giggling and talking while making my sandwiches.

Usually unfriendly, and dont recognise your existence. They are communication challenged, are not very knowledgable, and slow. It does not seem that they care about you or their job. They don't accept coupons, and display signs to that effect. I am 65. 2022 is the first time I have ever been to a Subway. I have been to this one many times. It is a half mile destination walk for my wife and I. They only one we ever go to. We enjoy the food. They hear me ask for a senior discount, but don't give it to us. We go maybe twice each month. We don't have a car, and are exclusively suported by SS.
