I know this sounds odd but I want to encourage you to try out the Burger King in Kernersville (by Chick-fil-A and Walmart). They rarely have backed up lines and the food is always fresh. When they first opened I think we all shared a more negative judgment of the location but it has definitely changed. I now frequent there for breakfast and lunch and I'm always impressed with their attitudes, service and speed. Maybe hop out of that other long line and give them a try.
Food always hits the spot. The people seemed either tired or cranky because I was not greeted with a smile or welcome. They move super slow in this franchise.
The service was overall good, and the restaurant was very clean. My only gripe was the whopper burger. I remember when they used to cook them over a flame right in the restaurant. You could smell them from outside and inside. Not anymore. They had the lines on them like they were flame broiled, but that must happen now before they get to the store, and then they're nuked.
