I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.” I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!! On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) � � to the Wendy’s on South Boston Road. “I stopped going to Burger King in general because of a really vulgar commercial a couple years back, but we decided to give the restaurant a try. Last time we ate here, the crews seemed very distracted and uncaring. Fast forward a couple years and the atmosphere is very much night and day. The crew was INCREDIBLY friendly. They were all pushing to put out great food. They acted very organized. And the food tasted amazing.“

“This review has zero to do with Burger King -The employees at this Danville location are absolutely the BEST humans I've encountered in a long time.Car trouble, the manager went 1000% above and beyond to help. WOW. Didn't skip a beat, she took care of everything AND kept the restaurant running smoothly during the entire thing.Didn't catch her name but will update with it soon.Customers also offered help w the vehicle.There are good people in this world, and most of them were at this particular Burger King on Friday Feb 16, 2024. “Cook Out has good food for a good price. It's burgers, hot dogs and fries are fresh off the grill like being at a backyard BBQ. Fries are delicious not frozen they are the real deal. Milkshakes are definitely a must have in more flavors than you can count. The Cookout offers good food, fast service and affordable prices.“

“Slow drive thru and got order messed up. I ordered 2 of the egg and cheese mc muffin. Got one with sausage on it. Don't eat pork. Geez . Had to throw one away. I always check my bag, but now i have to open food up. ? I don't care about the slow drive thru really, it happens . But don't give me the wrong food. “I went through the drive through and the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich didn’t look very Nashville hottish and it wasn’t very spicy but it was still a very good chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. I was amazed by the service at the drive through. The lady was checking with us that the soda was low ice but someone in the car muttered it was supposed to be no ice but it was okay because it is okay, but she immediately turned and poured out the soda into a new cup while using the lid to make sure that the ice didn’t fall In. In addition to this act of Southern hospitality someone in my car spilled some soda and she did not hesitate to give us a bunch of napkins! Sometimes fast food workers can be a little rude but not here! She was one of the nicest fast food employees that I have ever seen and positively influenced my experience at this Hardee’s!“
