The dog is hot the slaw is cold... fresh, you will get hot and cold... if you wait you'll have a cool dog and not so cold slaw.... still tasted great, but I know for next time. Dining room is good size and was very clean as well. Holiday decorations were nice to see as well. Grab the cherry wine soda... good with the Cajun fries.“

“This place has some of the best cheeseburgers and hotdogs along with bbq. Im sure there’s other good things but im stuck on them 3 items lol. Crinkle cut fries are good too but if you like your fries with a crisp like me then make sure you tell them extra crispy because they come a little on the soft side at regular order. Milkshakes are also good and im more vanilla but my wife likes the pumpkin shake. This place does get packed at times but it’s worth it if you can get a seat.“

“The food was ok but all of my nuggets has fat in them which is unusual & the fries didn't have any salt. Also I felt like the cashier wasn't customer friendly, she wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. It just kinda seemed like she didn't want to be there but if you have a job that deals with the public you need to make customers feel welcome!“

“I was on business in the Danville, VA area.
As soon as I saw the old school, retro hat signage at this Arby's, I knew I would be unable to pass it by.

The ladies working the morning of 28 January 2025 were some of the nicest folks I have encountered in a while.
I was in about 20 minutes before the lunch rush started.

Made me feel welcome like an old friend & a VIP, though I have never been there before.

My food was fresh, hot & tasty.
I got the mozzarella sticks, small & a drink.

It was so good, I had to ring the bell on the way out!
I had never rang the Arby's bell before at any location.

The store was clean, as was the bathroom.
Well stocked in condiments & bathroom supplies.

I will stop there again next trip to Danville!

“This particular Taco Bell is the only one I go. Way back in the early nineties it used to be a rotisserie chicken place called Kenny Rogers named after the singer but neither here nor there the people that work there actually care and their food is really good in the restaurant is clean“

Tashaan not only provided excellent service but also got my order right each time. We've all experienced poor customer service at different places, but since I've been going to this Hardee’s, I haven't had a single complaint about the service or the food. “My family comes to this firehouse location every Sunday. We rarely miss a Sunday. RARELY. I always have such a complicated order, as I like to really customize my Italian sandwich. This location has never complained about my complicated order and they have never, not even once, gotten my order incorrect.“

“Nice place, friendly workers who are very polite. If you go in, you can see all options in an extremely clean hot case. Witness your order being filled and portions are very generous. The drive thru is very fast and same polite service. The food is very consistent which I appreciate from any food establishment. The eat in lobby is comfortable and clean. All staff is helpful and I recommend for anyone to give them a try. Make sure to ask for some mandarin teriyaki sauce and use it on the rice…whew a game changer! Very good food!“

“I sometimes come here to buy pretzels for lunch. I usually just get the plain ones. The others except for cinnamon and sugar don't come with a lot of seasonings on it. Be careful of buying stale pretzels. I had this happened to me once when I came too early. Coming around lunch time should be safe.“

“We went through the drive thru only waited a few minutes and the lady who took our order was super nice and very thorough. We got to the window the young lady greeted us and smiled and handed us our food. The food was fresh and hot and very delicious and I would definitely return to this location. “Outstanding food and service. I picked up a Greek gyro a liitle after noon on Nov 24 at the drivethrough. Gyro was expertly wrapped tightly so it was easy to eat one handed. Fries were as good as fast food fries gets, meaty, fresh, not too salty. and not greasy at all. I only wanted water as the drink and was pleasantly surprised when I got good bottled water. Friendly effectient service. I was really impressed!“

“Drove by this location on a long travel. There was a stranger feeding a homeless and the associate was friendly during the transaction. That was good to see. There was a big spill of ice and water on the floor. An associate walked pass that area few times without putting a spill cone or putting even a paper towel on it. 10 mins later a dude came by to clean it up. Thats enough time for a person to slip and fall. Their whole milk ran out so i couldnt get hot latte. Otherwise the food that i got was in good standards.“

“Stopped here on our way back from DC, the food was good. Service was ok, could be better, restrooms were clean, atmosphere (well it’s a Taco Bell).. For those in transit or just hungry would definitely recommend to stop here and grab a bite..“

“I have food allergies, which many people do! one of the things that I am allergic to is cheese. I needed to grab some lunch today on my lunch break. I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.” I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!! On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) � � to the Wendy’s on South Boston Road. “I eat here at least once a week well today they forgot my vinegar and anybody that knows me knows I can't eat my fish without vinegar. I called over there to tell them about it and the manager what kind enough to bring me the vinegar across the street to where I work her name was Christy it made my day.!.“

“​I recently stopped by the McDonald's location on Riverside, and I have to say, my experience was excellent. The food was fantastic; the Steak and Egg Biscuit I ordered was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared—a solid start to my day.
​What really stood out was the customer service. They informed me they were out of the Frappe I initially wanted, but the employee was quick to offer a generous solution, providing a large Iced Coffee in its place. This kind of thoughtful, proactive service is exactly what keeps me coming back.

“PAT at subway in Ballou Park is my dude! He was so accommodating to me and every other customer ive ever seen him interact with!
