“This place never fails, no matter how busy they are, and all of their food is homemade. I went the Table of an unmentionable restaurant and waited 1 hour and 52 minutes for a cheeseburger and fry that NEVER came. Celebrity restaurants can't hold their weight around here. We took our business to this tride and true establishment of which we only had to wait 17 minutes to get a burger/fry combo that I guarantee was made with pure heart and cost less than $10. Thank you for a meal that made a HANGRY lady into a satisfied one.“

“First time going to uncle Al’s and it was phenomenal! My kids and I used to love going to his hot dog stand and they were ecstatic to find out he had his own restaurant! It did not disappoint! The Spider-Man hot dog was superb! The kids finished off with some ice pops and I had the most delicious lemon cake! We will be back soon!“

“I ordered my food online to Chick-fil-A and the ,, , Mall in Danville. I live about a mile from the mall. We we came straight home. My food was Cole and couldn't be eaten the only thing good about the meal was the tea. The order number was 7909 curbside blue Chevrolet his telephone number i the total was $10.77 and the time was 5:57. Instead of holding our meal until it got cold it should have brought our meal on, out there cuz the girl had everybody's meal at one time and there's no way that the meal was stay warm when you waiting for other. Overall the order and food was terrible.“

“This time wasn't so good and I'm learning that when Ms. Cat doesn't make it, it's not right nor is it good. Ordered a Turkey Reuben this time but was given a corned beef Reuben, my fries were all in the bottom of the bag because they put fries on top of sandwiches laying on their side instead of putting the fries in the bottom corner of the bag. The pita bread was stale and more like a hard taco. Definitely very disappointed this time“

“Taco bell is returning to become my preferred fast food choice. When you get tired of burgers and fried chicken everywhere you go, i think people forget how good a regular tacobell taco can be and how it brings you back in time. Taco bell is good for the soul! Ill be back!“

“It's at a gas station/truck stop, so you can only expect so much. But, the food was normal Arby's quality. There were only 2 people working there during lunch on a Saturday, so props to them for getting the orders out quickly. I pulled around back to the truck side and parked under the empty truck fuel stalls and ate in my van.“

“I sometimes come here to buy pretzels for lunch. I usually just get the plain ones. The others except for cinnamon and sugar don't come with a lot of seasonings on it. Be careful of buying stale pretzels. I had this happened to me once when I came too early. Coming around lunch time should be safe.“

“I went through the drive through and the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich didn’t look very Nashville hottish and it wasn’t very spicy but it was still a very good chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. I was amazed by the service at the drive through. The lady was checking with us that the soda was low ice but someone in the car muttered it was supposed to be no ice but it was okay because it is okay, but she immediately turned and poured out the soda into a new cup while using the lid to make sure that the ice didn’t fall In. In addition to this act of Southern hospitality someone in my car spilled some soda and she did not hesitate to give us a bunch of napkins! Sometimes fast food workers can be a little rude but not here! She was one of the nicest fast food employees that I have ever seen and positively influenced my experience at this Hardee’s!“

“I want to take a moment to commend Tashaan Logan for the outstanding customer service I received during both of my visits to the Hardee’s on Riverside. Tashaan not only provided excellent service but also got my order right each time. We've all experienced poor customer service at different places, but since I've been going to this Hardee’s, I haven't had a single complaint about the service or the food. “I have food allergies, which many people do! one of the things that I am allergic to is cheese. I needed to grab some lunch today on my lunch break. I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.” I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!! On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) � � to the Wendy’s on South Boston Road. You have horrible service!! Maybe y’all need some customer service training from Burger King??? Nevertheless, Wendy’s just lost my business!!!“

“I love the food here and the nice customer service. I've previously worked for McDonald's in 2019 and would like to return but to this location as it's closer than the one in Ringgold. I've tried to call and someone answers but the phone hangs up when I say hello. I would really love to work here and be a part of the McDonald's family again if someone will reach out to me!

Kid-friendliness: Really good happy meals I really like the cheeseburgers!“

“I ordered a mcflurry, a pumpkin spice latte and a cheeseburger today. The mcflurries now come in a small, scalloped paper cup that are very flimsy. Not only was it a mess when the unfriendly girl at the window handed it to me, but she was holding it at the bottom which is the only firm location to hold it, so I had to grab it near the top which is such flimsy paper, it squeezes even more icecream out of the scalloped dips. I have no idea why they went to smaller, flimsy, scalloped cups, but it was a terrible idea. The girl at the ordering window, was newer and did her best. She didn't catch my order a couple times because she was dealing with a customer paying at her window, but she did apologize and was friendly, so I didn't mind. She didn't offer me a receipt though, which I would have liked. The pumpkin spice latte I got had no flavoring in it so it was just a hot milk and coffee drink. Very disappointing visit today.“

“We have eaten here in the past, but for one reason or another didn't come back. We came here today just for a sub. The sandwich was pretty good. The only qualms I had were the bottom of the sandwich was soggy and they used the same knife to cut someone else's sub and left marinara sauce in part of my bun (I didn't get anything with marinara sauce)“

“Cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Obviously well managed, we ate inside, place was spotless. Drink and condiment areas were clean and perfectly organized. Staff was friendly and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed working there. Not too busy at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday night.“
