I have food allergies, which many people do! one of the things that I am allergic to is cheese. I needed to grab some lunch today on my lunch break. I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.”
I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!!...read full review

I wanted a double whopper 10 minutes before lunch was supposed to start. Staff was SUPER NICE and MADE IT HAPPEN! My whopper was DELICIOUS and looked JUST LIKE THE PICTURE! (which NEVER happens). I would say the BEST BK I have had in YEARS! THANK YOU!
Why would the man pick 12:00 pm, lunch hour to mop the floors. Every floor was wet as people kept coming in. Everyone showed caution not to fall. And then the wet floors were dirty again right away. It was dangerous and totally not smart.
Otherwise, the employees were nice and good.

Burger King offers a well-liked sausage/egg/cheese croissant for breakfast, though the morning shift could use more staff at times. The restaurant is clean, recently renovated, and has a spacious parking lot. Vegetarian options like the Impossible Whopper are available, and kids can enjoy free BK king hats. The staff is generally friendly, though the service can suffer during busier periods after 5 p.m. Customers praise the excellent service, with employees described as professional, polite, and genuinely cheerful, creating a positive atmosphere. The food, including the classic flame-grilled Whopper and crisp fries, is well-prepared and satisfying, though not necessarily redefining fast food. Overall, this Burger King location provides a welcoming experience with quality food and standout customer service.
