“Had fish sandwiches. The fillets hung 3 inches off the fresh bun. Also had delicious hushpuppies. They were slightly overcooked but we ate every one. They offer homemade desserts as well. My birthday was last week and they still gave Mr a free piece of cake. Quality food. We will drive 45 minutes yo go back and eat here again.“

“Fries are always nice and hot! Diet Coke tastes better here than anywhere else! The cashiers Tamia and Daisy treat their customers with class and respect. I give this place an 11/10!

“Fries were a little toasty and brown... The person at the drive-thru first window was on their phone and didn't ask us to pull around to the next window and we just sat there. Since every McDonald's is different you never know late at night. Condiments were missing but other than that everything was McDonald's. ?“

“absolutely blown away by Anthony and Alex they have a PHENOMENAL place here, if you are in the area Milltown is a MUST from the dining experience, food, patrons, everything was completely above board and exceeded expectations. Will be making trips up here not only for the VIR experience but to also spend my time at Milltown eatery.“
